Built for Nigerian schools, by people who know them
We started EduPrefect because the schools shaping the next generation deserve software made for how they actually work — not a foreign system bent to fit.
Five tools and a paper register — there had to be a better way
Proprietors were juggling spreadsheets for fees, exercise books for results, and group chats for parents. Money slipped through the cracks. Struggling children went unnoticed until exams. Nobody had a single, honest picture of the school.
So we built one platform that runs the whole school — and, crucially, reads the data to flag problems early. We’re now partnering with our first cohort of Nigerian schools to get every detail right.
What we believe
Local by default
WAEC grading, Naira, Paystack, Monnify, WhatsApp, NEMIS, NDPA — the realities of a Nigerian school, built in, not bolted on.
Insight, not just records
Storing data isn’t enough. Software should help you act — on a struggling child or a slipping account — while it still matters.
Trust is everything
We hold money and children’s data. We treat both with the seriousness they deserve, every single day.
Their money and your students’ data, kept safe
Trust isn’t a feature — it’s the foundation. Here’s how we protect both.
NDPA compliant
Built to the Nigeria Data Protection Act, with consent records, data export and erasure tools.
Role-based access
Proprietor, principal, bursar, registrar and teacher each see only what they should.
Full audit log
Every change to results, fees and records is recorded — so nothing is quietly altered.
Encryption & integrity
Data encrypted in transit and at rest, with safeguards on fee and result integrity.
The audit log, built into EduPrefect from day one.
Come and look under the hood
We’ll happily walk you through security, compliance and how your data is handled — on a demo.
