Fees and online payments

School fees collection software for Nigerian schools

Parents pay school fees from their phone with Paystack, in naira. Every payment is matched to an invoice, so your bursar can see who has paid and who has not.

What you get

What it does for your school

Money goes to your school, not to us

Online payments settle to your school's own verified Paystack subaccount. EduPrefect never holds your fees.

Installments and sibling discounts

The bursar can split an invoice into dated installments, and set a sibling discount rule once. Parents see their installments on the parent web portal.

One payment for several children

On the parent web portal, a parent with two or three children in your school can pay for all of them in a single Paystack payment, split across each child's invoice. The mobile Parent app pays one invoice at a time.

Cash and transfers in the same ledger

Payments taken at the bursary are recorded against the invoice too, so online and bursary payments sit in one place and one total.

Disputes, refunds and a clear trail

Paystack disputes and refunds are tracked against the payment. Refunds and reversals need a second person to approve, so no single member of staff can quietly move money out.
