What you get

What it does for your school

Your weighting, your grade scale

Set how CA and exam scores add up and the grade bands your school uses. The A1 to F9 scale is built in and editable.

Positions without a spreadsheet

Class and subject positions are computed from the scores.

Your template, your logo

Report cards print on your school's template as PDFs, with affective and psychomotor ratings alongside the academic results.

Lock, publish, then parents see

Results are locked and published by staff with the right permission. Parents see them in the Parent app only once published.

Withhold results on arrears if you choose

A school can configure result withholding for unpaid fees. A separate permission lets the principal override it for a child.

Questions

Questions schools ask

Can EduPrefect compute results with CA and exam scores?

Yes. You define how CA and exam scores are weighted, and EduPrefect computes totals, grades and positions for each class and subject.

Does it use the WAEC A1 to F9 grading scale?

Yes. The A1 to F9 scale is built in, and you can edit the grade bands to match your school.

Can we use our own report card layout?

Report cards are produced on your school's template, with your logo, and printed as PDFs. Ask us about your layout during setup.

Who can see results before they are published?

Only staff with the right permission. Parents see a child's results in the Parent app after the results are published.

Can teachers write remarks on the report card?

Yes. Teachers write remarks themselves, or ask for a draft and edit it. The AI remark drafts page explains how drafts work.
