The teacher stays the author
A draft is a starting point. The teacher reads it, rewrites what is wrong and approves it. Without approval, the remark is not used.
The child's name is not sent
Before a draft is requested, the child is replaced with “the student”. The name is put back on your own system when the teacher approves. That is the privacy design, and we describe it exactly so.
Fewer blank remark boxes
A class of 40 means 40 remarks. Drafts take the blank page away, and teachers spend their time improving a sentence instead of starting one.

Does AI write our report card remarks?
AI drafts a remark. The teacher reads it, edits it and approves it. Nothing is published until the teacher approves, and EduPrefect makes no claim that a draft is accurate.
Is my pupil's name sent to the AI provider?
No. The child is replaced with “the student” before the draft is requested, and the name is restored on your own system when the teacher approves the remark.
Can a teacher ignore the draft and write their own?
Yes. Drafts are optional. Teachers can write a remark from scratch at any time.
Is AI included in every plan?
AI remark drafts are allocated by plan. Plans and prices are being finalised, so ask us for the founding-school terms.
Does the AI grade or compute results?
No. Scores, grades and positions are computed by EduPrefect's own rules. The AI only drafts remark text for the teacher to review.
