Online payments carry a separate 0.5% platform fee, waived at ₦2,000 or less and capped at ₦2,500 per payment. Paystack's own charge is separate again.

Pricing questions
How much does EduPrefect cost?
Standard is ₦300 per active student per month and Premium is ₦800 per active student per month. Enterprise is priced on request. Prices are in naira and invoiced each term.
What is an active student?
A student who is enrolled during the billing month. For example, a school with 400 active students pays ₦120,000 a month on Standard or ₦320,000 a month on Premium.
Is there a free tier or a trial?
There is a 30-day trial for up to 150 students. There is no free tier: when the trial ends you choose Standard or Premium.
Is the Parent app only on the top plan?
No. The Parent app and online fee payment through Paystack are on Standard, so every school has them.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Onboarding, data migration and staff training are included. There is no separate setup invoice.
Which plan does my school need?
Standard covers fees, attendance, report cards, admissions, messaging and the two apps. Premium adds payroll, AI lesson notes, the duty roster, AI insights Q&A and a custom domain (being finalised), with a larger AI allocation. Talk to us about Enterprise if you run a larger school or a group of schools.
How do parents' online payments work?
Online payments go through Paystack and settle to your school's own verified Paystack subaccount. EduPrefect never holds your fees. EduPrefect charges a 0.5% platform fee on online payments. It is waived for payments of ₦2,000 or less, capped at ₦2,500 per transaction, and shown before the parent pays. Paystack's own charge is separate.
