The basis on which your school uses EduPrefect.

Using the service
EduPrefect is provided as a subscription, priced by enrolment and the modules you use, billed in Naira per term (a monthly option is available). Setup, data migration and staff training are included.
Payments to your school
Fees paid online are processed through Paystack or Monnify and settled to the school’s verified settlement account, subject to the processor’s settlement terms. EduPrefect charges a platform fee equal to 0.5% of each successful online payment, waived for payments of ₦2,000 or less and capped at ₦2,500 per transaction. This is separate from the payment processor’s transaction charge. The school’s service agreement and the payment screen will state the total charge, who bears each component, and how refunds or reversals affect those charges before a payment is confirmed.
Your data
Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time, and we will assist with a clean export if you ever choose to leave — no lock-in.
