Report cards
Scores in once, report cards on your template
Teachers enter CA and exam scores. EduPrefect applies the WAEC-style A1 to F9 grading scale and your weighting, and produces report cards on your school's template with class and subject positions.

Attendance
Take the register in seconds, parents told straight away

Fees and payments
Payments built in, not bolted on
Paystack is built in, and every online payment settles to your school's own verified Paystack subaccount. Cash and transfers taken at the bursary are recorded in the same ledger and reconciled alongside.

EduPrefect charges a 0.5% platform fee on online payments. It is waived for payments of ₦2,000 or less, capped at ₦2,500 per transaction, and shown before the parent pays. Paystack's own charge is separate.

Parent app
Parents see the balance and pay from their phone
A simple app gives every parent their child's results, attendance and fees, and lets them pay online in a few taps. One login covers several children, even at different schools.

Payroll
Salaries computed, payslips ready
Set up each staff member's salary structure. EduPrefect computes PAYE and pension under the Nigeria Tax Act, runs the month and produces a PDF payslip.
EduPrefect calculates; you remit and file with the tax authorities yourself.

A public website
Your school gets a public website at your-school.eduprefect.com. You write or draft each section and approve it before anything is published.
Premium and Enterprise add a custom domain (being finalised).
The Teacher app
Enter scores and take the register offline
The Teacher app keeps attendance and score entries on the phone when the network drops, and syncs them when it returns.
Offline working applies to the Teacher app only.
