Pay without a trip to the bursary
A parent sees the invoice and pays with Paystack from their phone. The receipt is in the app.
Results once they are published
Parents see a child's results after your staff publish them, and can compare a child with the class average.
Absence alerts where they will see them
Absence alerts arrive by SMS and push notification, and stay in the app as a record.
One login for several schools
A parent with children at two schools sees them in one list, each with its own balance. They do not switch accounts.
Messages and forms
Teachers message parents in the app, and schools send forms such as permission slips that parents answer on their phone.

Can parents pay school fees from the Parent app?
Yes. Parents pay by Paystack from the app and get a receipt. The payment settles to the school's own Paystack subaccount.
What if a parent has children at different schools?
One EduPrefect login shows all of the parent's children in one list, even when they attend different schools. Each child keeps their own balance.
Does the Parent app work without a connection?
No. The Parent app needs a connection. Offline working applies to the Teacher app only.
What about parents without a smartphone?
Absence alerts also go by SMS, and your school can print report cards as PDFs for families who prefer paper.
When can parents see results?
After your staff have locked and published them. Parents cannot see results while they are still being entered.
