  • It describes itself as a modern ERP solution designed for schools and businesses, with offices listed in Lagos, London and Delaware.
  • Its pricing page lists Standard at ₦500 and Premium at ₦1,250 per student per month, with Enterprise on request. We read Educare's pricing page on 14 October 2026, and the prices may change.
  • It lists Parent Mobile App in its Enterprise plan and Finance Management in its Premium plan.
  • It lists a long module menu for schools, including finance, admissions, report cards, a lesson planner, assignments, a wallet manager, a library, clubs, voting and facility management, and an eClassroom and online testing.

What EduPrefect does

  • School management for Nigerian private schools: fees, report cards, attendance, admissions, payroll, and a Parent app and a Teacher app.
  • Fees are paid by Paystack in naira and settle to the school's own verified Paystack subaccount. EduPrefect does not hold the fees. A 0.5% platform fee applies to online payments, waived at ₦2,000 or less and capped at ₦2,500 per transaction; Paystack's own charge is separate.
  • WAEC-style A1 to F9 grading with class and subject positions, on your school's report-card template.
  • The Teacher app records the register and scores with no signal and syncs later. The Parent app, online payments and the admin site need a connection.
  • Onboarding, data migration and staff training are included. We aim to have you live within a week.
  • EduPrefect does not include online testing today, and school websites are still being finalised.
  • Standard is ₦300 and Premium is ₦800 per active student per month, invoiced each term in naira, with a 30-day trial. The Parent app and online fees are on both plans. Enterprise is priced on request.
