Questions to ask before you decide
Can I pay school fees from the app?
Yes. You pay by Paystack and get a receipt. The payment settles to the school's own verified Paystack subaccount.
What if my children are at different schools?
One EduPrefect login shows all your children in one list. Each child keeps their own balance.
What if I do not have a smartphone?
Absence alerts also go by SMS, and your school can print report cards as PDFs for families who prefer paper.
When can I see my child's results?
After the school's staff have locked and published them. You cannot see results while they are still being entered.
I paid but the app still shows a balance. What now?
Do not pay again. The invoice updates once your bank confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes, and the Pay button stays off while the app is confirming. Pull down on the fees screen to refresh. If it has not appeared by the end of the day, contact the school with your child's name, the amount and your payment reference.
